Before starting the company, both founders spent years working in construction and developing the experience that would later shape the way Three Brothers operates.

Diego holds a degree in Accounting and also studied Civil Engineering. Before Three Brothers, he gained years of experience in procurement, administration and financial control within major industrial and plant environments, developing strong skills in planning, negotiation, material purchasing and cost management.

Cristiano also studied Civil Engineering and built his career close to field execution. Over the years, he developed a highly trained eye for finish work, installation quality, construction details and final appearance – experience that helped establish the company's high standard of workmanship.

Together, their strengths created the foundation of Three Brothers: disciplined planning in the office and strong execution in the field.

These sessions were designed to strengthen technical knowledge, improve field organization and help ensure that the standards established in the office reach every jobsite consistently.

For Three Brothers, safety is not separate from workmanship. A project is only well executed when it is completed with responsibility, organization and care for everyone involved.

His years of hands-on experience and his strong eye for finish work allow him to focus on the details that define the final result: alignment, transitions, cuts, material installation, specifications and the overall quality of the finished exterior.

Cristiano also reinforces jobsite organization and safety, helping supervisors identify conditions that may affect workmanship, productivity or schedule. His close field leadership helps Three Brothers deliver projects with high-quality execution and on-time performance.

New materials, facade systems, manufacturer requirements, installation methods and technologies continue to enter the industry.

Three Brothers therefore maintains a culture of continuous learning – reviewing new systems, studying manufacturer requirements, attending product training and sharing technical knowledge between the office, supervisors and field crews.

Three Brothers continued developing a structure in which project information moves efficiently from drawings and specifications to the people responsible for field execution.

This connection helps the company respond to project changes with more organization and speed while reinforcing four operating principles: quality, safety, organization and accountability.

That background gave him a strong understanding of cost control, purchasing strategies, supplier negotiations, material analysis, financial planning and operational organization.

Today, Diego applies that experience directly to the Three Brothers estimating process. He works closely with the estimating team, providing ongoing support, guidance and training in cost analysis, material selection and proposal development.

His purchasing experience also helps the company evaluate suppliers and material options carefully, seeking the right balance between competitive pricing, quality, availability and system performance.

At Three Brothers, estimating is not simply about producing a number. Each proposal is reviewed with consideration for materials, labor, logistics, field conditions, specifications and the specific needs of the General Contractor.

The estimating and administrative teams also work to respond efficiently to revised drawings, addenda, scope changes and pricing adjustments so GC partners can keep their own bid schedules moving.

At the same time, Three Brothers continued strengthening relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and General Contractors while maintaining technical training as an important part of the company's growth.

The team continued studying new materials, installation details and manufacturer requirements so that field crews and supervisors remain prepared for the systems they are asked to install.

The goal has never been simply to take on more work. The goal is to be better prepared for every project the company accepts.

While Diego strengthens planning, costs, purchasing and estimating, Cristiano helps ensure that the commitment made on paper is carried through in the field.

We will continue investing in training, safety, estimating, supervision, new technologies, new materials and professional development.

Diego and Cristiano remain directly involved in the company's growth, each bringing complementary experience to the operation – from planning and pricing to field leadership and final execution.
